Her work and teaching has gained her a reputation in the complementary health care field internationally.
She brings to her work her experience and skills in Kinesiology, Chiropractic, Emmett Therapy and Educational Kinesiology/Brain Gym® to help sports injuries, general mobility problems, learning challenges and personal growth. She enjoys working with clients from babies to senior citizens. Her Animal Chiropractic work covers horses, cows, sheep, dogs and cats. At the Centre in London, she treats small animals, such as dogs and cats.
Kay qualified as a Human Chiropractor in 1987 and as an Animal Chiropractor in 1992. She was a Board Member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Trust from 1994 to 2014. Educational Kinesiology/Brain Gym, which originated in the USA, was brought to the UK by Kay in 1984 and is now used in education, homes and workplaces to help learning skills. It was as a result of the Brain Gym work that Kay, a dyslexic, was able to train at the age of 39 as a Chiropractor.
